Police chased Reyes, who rammed into the side of a building and several vehicles that were parked and others in the middle of the street until officers caught up to Reyes and arrested him, Gonzalez said.

One of the vehicles Reyes crashed into had a woman inside, and police managed to pull her out of the car before the 44-year-old rammed into the vehicle a second time, prosecutors said.
