• Broadband initiative brings all of Monroe County online (rbj.net) — Riga households and businesses are now included in Monroe County’s newly completed broadband expansion, ending remaining “broadband deserts” in several rural towns. Using $1.8 million in federal ARPA funds plus Spectrum’s investment, the county extended high‑speed internet to unserved areas, helping farms and small businesses modernize payment systems, ecommerce, and everyday online access.
