  1. Police Searching For Teens After Boy Hit In Eye With Paintball: The paintball shots were aimed at homes and at a group of juveniles who were riding their bicycles. One male juvenile, who sustained a direct paintball hit to his eye, was taken to Peconic Bay Medical Center by the Riverhead Town Volunteer Ambulance Corps for treatment. The suspects in each reported incident were described as four to five Black males in their late teens. (The Patch)

A Father's Mission To Bring Home Purple Heart Medals To Families Of Airmen Killed In 2018: Three years has now passed and his son and the other airmen still have not received any decoration for making the ultimate sacrifice. John Raguso said with a new administration in place, he hopes a fresh set of eyes on the circumstances of the crash will allow the airmen to receive their rightful recognition. (Suffolk Times)
