RIVERHEAD, NY — A portion of Old Country Road, or Route 58, that was closed Sunday due to a crash investigation, has reopened, police said. Riverhead Town police were assisting New York State Police with the investigation, authorities said. New York State Police will continue the investigation. According to Riverhead Town police, CR 58 was closed for several hours from Kroemer Avenue to Mill Road.
