- Storm causes power outages in Riverhead. About 240 customers were without power in Riverhead Town following the storm that resulted in a brief Tornado Warning, according to PSEG Long Island. (Riverhead News Review)
- Free flu vaccines offered in Riverhead on Thursday, Nov. 18. The flu shots will be administered by Peconic Bay Medical Center at the North Fork Spanish Apostolate on Thursday, Nov. 18 from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on a first come, first served basis.(RiverheadLOCAL)
- Two women stab, punch 7-Eleven employee in Riverhead. The women punched him in the face then stabbed him in the leg; he was taken by Riverhead Volunteer Ambulance Corps to Peconic Bay Medical Center for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries, police said.(Riverhead Patch)
- Loose leaf impasse blows over in Riverhead. Despite officials’ previous objections, Riverhead’s Highway Department will be required to pick up loose leaves by Nov. 30 after the Town Board voted to order the department do so. (Newsday)
