- The summer lineup at the Suffolk Theater is sure to be exciting. The shows start on Memorial Day weekend with a high-energy rock concert on Saturday and on Sunday, 'That ’70s Band' will rock you! Check out what’s in store. (Dan's Papers)
- Summer is not just for people, our dogs get to enjoy summer activities as well. Humans can take their dogs to the Dog Festival in Port Jefferson or the LI-Dog Pack Walks, and the best of all, the Port Paws Dog Festival where dogs run and jump off a pier. (Subscription: Newsday)
- The East Hampton Town Airport closure has been put on hold. Monday, State Supreme Court Justice Paul J. Baisley, Jr. issued a temporary restraining order against the town. Citing "chaos," caused by restraining order, East Hampton Supervisor Peter Van Scoyoc said the town plans to remain "fully compliant" with the court decision. The case is due back in court on May 26.
