Here are the top stories in Riverhead today:

  1. The firearms facility, to be located within the existing one-story concrete block building, will include an indoor shooting range that will be open to the public, as well as a virtual reality training facility and firearms sales. (Subscription: Riverhead News Review)
  2. Police are searching for two men who sexually assaulted a woman at her Mastic Beach home. The suspects are seen on camera entering the home around 4 p.m. Tuesday. Police said one of the men physically and sexually assaulted the victim, before both men robbed her. (News 12 Long Island)
  3. The state Environmental Facilities Corporation awarded more than $250 million in state grants to Long Island water providers for a range of projects, including treating emerging water contaminants. See what towns are getting the benefit of the grant. (Subscription: Newsday)
