Last year was the first time the festival had been held since 2019.

According to the civic association's website, the event, held in Polish Town on both Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., will include appearances by the Polish Queen, a Polish wedding and parade at noon, mouthwatering Polish fare, polka music, folk dancing, a DJ, live music, scores of vendors, and more. Admission is free.

A party under the tent also takes place Saturday night, with admission $20.

Stephanie Galka, vice president of the civic association, said 2025 is especially meaningful. "This year is our 50th anniversary, so it's a wonderful time to come and visit."

The fair will feature more than 100 vendors this year, she said, as well as a petting zoo, pony rides — and a brand-new pierogi-eating contest, to be held on Sunday at 1 p.m. Also on Sunday, a Polish school dance performance, she said.

Both a DJ and live music will be offered at both the civic association and the main stage, she said.

This year's newly-crowned Polish Town Queen, Olivia Pawlowska, will attend with her court, she said.
