15-Year-Old Accused of Damaging Cars, Assault

A 15-year-old Graham School student will appear in Yonkers Family Court on March 14 for allegedly damaging five cars on campus and causing an injury to a student that required stitches.
Police were called on March 7 around 9:30 a.m. to assist school staff with a disorderly female who was allegedly damaging property in the school's parking lot. The 15-year-old is accused of damaging the driver and passenger’s side windows on five cars in the school’s lot by pulling them apart with her hands. She had reportedly been in an argument with school staff before the incident. For this incident, she was charged with four court of criminal mischief, a class A misdemeanor.

At the time of her arrest she was also charged with assault, a third degree misdemeanor, for allegedly throwing a book at a 16-year-old female in a separate incident on Jan. 14, which caused lacerations to her eye area that required eight stitches.
