Ardsley Office Building Sells for $4.75M

An Ardsley office building has been sold for $4.75 million to Avon Development Enterprises Corp.

According to prepared statement from Colliers International Group, the building, at 466 Saw Mill River Rd., was owned by G&G Instrument Corporation.

The three-story building is 59,000 square feet and is built into the side of a hill. It has dock access at all levels.

Al Gutierrez, executive managing director of Colliers International, said the building’s flexibility and size helped generate interest from multiple uses and investors.

“Ultimately, new ownership will benefit greatly from these property attributes in accommodating a variety of users in a tight market,” he said.
