Get ready to start rummaging through your garage and pulling apart your attic because the Hastings-on-Hudson Recreation Department's eighth annual village-wide tag sale is right around the corner.
In spirit of the tag sale's recycling roots, this year's event has been moved to spring to coincide with Earth Day. Hastings residents will take on the role of merchant as homes throughout the village will hold individuals garage sale on Saturday, April 13 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
"Now is the perfect opportunity to reorganize storage space and sell what you may not need," a village email blast reads. "Remember your trash could be another’s treasure!"
