Fire Extinguisher Emptied, Tossed at AKZO Site
Dobbs Ferry Police are investigating some criminal mischief at the currently abandoned site.

Dobbs Ferry police officers reported observing some unusual activity at the former AKZO Nobel Chemicals site on Livingston Avenue last week.
The department reported that sometime between June 9 and 10, a fire extinguisher had been thrown through the glass door of the abandoned building near the site's loading dock.
In addition, a black Corvette parked in a fenced in portion of the site had been doused in the contents of an extinguisher.
Police said they were unable to contact the vehicle's owner and are not sure how long it has been parked on the site.
