Lottery Open For Affordable Townhomes At 'Marker Ridge' In Irvington
Prices will range from $221,800 for a two-bedroom to $253,969 for a three-bedroom for those who meet household income requirements.

IRVINGTON, NY — Yet another new chance for potential homeowners to combat the ongoing affordable housing crisis is here for a lucky few.
The Housing Action Council announced that the newly constructed Marker Ridge, developed by Toll Brothers, located at 19-24 Marker Ridge in the Village of Irvington, will have six affordable housing units. The homes will be ready to move into in February.
Amenities include hardwood floors, high-end kitchen appliances, high-end countertops and finishes, air-conditioning and garages.

Affordable units will be available to those at or below 80 percent of the area average monthly household income.
In order to qualify, a two-person household can have a maximum income of $108,800, a three-person household can have a maximum income of $122,400, a four-person household can have a maximum income of $136,000, a five-person household can have a maximum income of $146,900, a six-person household can have a maximum income of $157,750, and a seven-person household can have a maximum income of $168,640.

Sales prices for the affordable units available, based on Area Median Income (AMI) are:
- Two-bedroom, one-bathroom, 1,072 square feet, 2-5 people (3 units available): $221,800
- Three-bedroom, two-bathroom, 1,333 square feet, 3-7 people (3 units available): $253,969
Marker Ridge is located near the Cross Westchester Expressway (I-287), the Saw Mill Parkway, and Route 9 (Broadway). Public transportation includes the Metro-North Hudson Line and the Westchester Bee Line bus service.
The townhomes are located near stores and restaurants. The Village of Irvington and the Town of Greenburgh Parks & Recreation offer adult/youth activities and a pool complex.
Marker Ridge is zoned to the Irvington Union Free School District.
The deadline for applications is January 31. The lottery will take place on February 9.
