Sexually Explicit Graffiti Found on Waterfront Gazebo

The Village of Dobbs Ferry just had its gazebo at Waterfront Park painted over only to have it vandalized once again.
Sexually explicit comments and symbols written in marker were found on the gazebo at 1:45 p.m. on March 17. The previous graffiti found on the gazebo was of the same sexually explicit nature, police said.
