There's a sunny (and hot!) forecast for this weekend. Here are some ways to get out and enjoy the Rivertowns and beyond over the next few days:
Girlstock
Where/When:Â Matthiessen Park on Saturday, June 1 from 1 to 5 p.m.
Why go: Enjoy an afternoon of arts, live music, activities, food and more on the waterfront park this Saturday. Tickets can be purchased online in advance or at the event.
Pricing: $5; free for children six and under
EMEFE at The Purple Crayon
Where/When: The Purple Crayon  on Saturday, June 1 at 8 p.m.
Why go: Musical group EMEFE is bringing its Brooklyn flavor to the Rivertowns for a special concert this weekend. Purchase tickets in advance here.
Pricing: $17
Beltaine: An Irish Celebration of Summer
Where/When: Irvington Public Library on Saturday, June 1 at 2 p.m.
Why go: Avoca Music School Directors Cate and Michael Cain will be joined by guitarist Rob Kearney for a program featuring traditional Irish jigs and ballads. Irish step dancers will also be on-hand for a performance.
Pricing: Free
Hudson River Festival of the Arts
Where/When: Pierson Park (238 Main St. Tarrytown) on Saturday, June 1 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday, June 2 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Why go: Local and international artists will come together this weekend with their original work ranging from ceramics to woodwork to jewelry. Free parking will be available.

Drive & Dine
Where/When: Starts at Valhalla High School (300 Columbus Ave.) on Sunday, June 2 at 9:30 a.m.
Why go: Valhalla's Security World is sponsoring a Drive & Dine this weekend to benefit the Wounded Warrior Project. Sign-in begins at 9:30 a.m. for vehicles, which will line-up at Valhalla HS. The driving tour begins at 11 a.m. The ride ends at Sir John's Restaurant (915 N. Broadway North White Plains), where there will be w car show, luncheon, raffles and auctions.
