How did you get into the insurance industry?
I was asked to be a customer service representative and loved the job, the fast pace, meeting people and the idea that I could help people protect themselves and their families.

What’s the most rewarding part of your job?
Getting emails or texts from clients showing their appreciation for the time and attention I give them, followed by the referral of family or friends. I am humbled in knowing that I have been able to help someone enough that they trust me to help more and more people.
What’s something you wish everyone knew about insurance?
That the right protection does not always cost a ton and having the right coverage can really make a difference when the time comes that it is needed.
What's something you wish everyone knew about working with a local agent?
Me personally I would love for people to know that I am available to help when they need it, simple questions or big with me as your local agent you can shoot me an email or text and get an answer. Calling an 800 number and getting someone different every time who doesn't know you personally makes you just a number and not necessarily a priority.

Everything!

Don't be scared to really dive into what you have that needs protecting and what it will take to protect it the right way!
What do you like most about the Rochester area?
Community involvement and taking care of eachother.

Anything with Pizza!

Heart of Hilton, local consignment shop with local artists and crafters work! A ton of cute things!
