Woman pleads guilty to assaulting 75-year-old man outside Rochester supermarket (13wham.com) — A Rochester woman has pleaded guilty to second-degree assault for seriously injuring a 75-year-old man outside Ariana Super Market on Culver Road this past August. Prosecutors say the man suffered a broken neck and hip after being pushed in the parking lot, and sentencing is scheduled for February 20.
