The Rochester Animal Services Center, 184 Verona St., will open at 10:45 a.m., Friday, March 4 as staff will be attending a meeting that morning.

Normal operating hours for the Animal Services Center are 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday to Saturday and closed on Sundays. Adoptions and visitations end at 2:30 p.m.
