Rochester Extends Online Processing Fee Waiver Through The End Of March 2022
The waiver does not apply to the payment of traffic infractions at the City's Traffic Violation Agency.

Mayor Malik D. Evans announced today that the processing fees on the City’s online payment portal will be waived until the end of March 2022. The waiver does not apply to the payment of traffic infractions at the City’s Traffic Violation Agency.

The eCitizen online payment portal, located at www.cityofrochester.gov/payments, can be used to pay water and tax bills, parking tickets, and alarm permit fees. For more information, contact 311 or the City’s Finance Department office at (585) 428-7151.
