April 20: Parenting Workshop and Go Green Events

Wednesday is here, which means we're pretty much halfway through the work week. Get through today and the weekend is around the corner!

2. With Earth Day coming, Patch highlights a few Go Green Activities. Get involved and help the environment!

3. Mayor Mary Bossart was recently sworn in as the president of the Nassau County Village Officials Asssociation. Find out why this afternoon.

4. Parenting can be stressful and unfortunately there is no handbook that comes along with your child to give you all the answers. The "Children's Athletic Training School" (CATS) is hosting a parents workshop today from 7:30-9 p.m. The price is $35 per person or $55 per couple for each workshop.

5. Patch is looking for outspoken members of the RVC community to  about the school budget and school board elections leading up to the May 17 vote.
