April 8: House Hunt, Night Creatures and 'La Traviata'

Thank goodness it's Friday! The weekend is finally here, so as you plan out how you're spending it, let us tell you what's happening in and around the village so you can start your weekend off right.

2. Ever wonder what happens in the exhibit at night at the Center for Science Teaching and Learning? Visit the night creatures and enjoy a hike to see who is awake on the preserve. Located at 1300 Tanglewood Road, the program starts at 7:30 p.m., costs $5 and is open to all.

3. Footlight Players presents Verdi's "La Traviata" at the , located at 71 N. Village Ave. at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $15 at the door and $12 in advance.
