Nassau Police arrested a Freeport man for criminal possession of marijuana Tuesday night in Rockville Centre. According to police, Luis D. Rodriguez, 27, was stopped for a traffic infraction while driving at the intersection of Lakeview Avenue at Liberty Avenue. During an investigation, police reportedly found him in possession of three pounds of marijuana. Rodriguez is charged with Criminal Possession of Marijuana 2nd degree and will be arraigned on Wednesday at First District Court in Hempstead.
