Crime Watch: Multiple Car Break Ins at S. Village Parking Garage
Recent police activity as reported by the RVC PD.

The following information was supplied by the Rockville Centre Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation, and does not indicate convictions.
Arrest:
On May 1 at 8:53 a.m., Michael White, 21, of Hempstead was arrested for first-degree robbery and additional charges following the investigation of a domestic incident while in the vicinity of Sunrise Highway in Rockville Centre.
On May 2 at 4:45 a.m., Manuel E. Otero, 36, of Freeport, was arrested for driving while intoxicated and unlicensed operation following a police investigation at Merrick Road and Morris Avenue in Rockville Centre.
On May 1 at 11:50 p.m., Mario Desena, 31, of S. Ozone Park, was arrested for two open bench warrants for petit larceny following a police investigation on Peninsula Boulevard in Rockville Centre.
On May 6 at 1:17 p.m., David B. Carter, 38, of Springfield Gardens, was arrested for second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an accident investigation by police personnel on Sunrise Highway in Rockville Centre.
On May 7 at 2:23 a.m., Jason Ryan Goldstein, 27, of Rockville Centre, was arrested for petit larceny following an investigation by police personnel at 7-11, located at 324 Merrick Road in Rockville Centre.
On May 6 at 3:28 a.m., Christopher P. Hinton, 28, of Oceanside, was arrested for driving while intoxicated, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, and VTL violations following an investigation by police personnel on N. Park Avenue in Rockville Centre.
Burglary:
On April 30 at 8:43 a.m., a complainant from S. Village Avenue in Rockville Centre reported that sometime between April 29 at 3 p.m. and April 30 at 8:20 a.m., unknown person(s) damaged the driver side rear window to his 2010 Ford and stole property including a Canon camera, GPS and approximately $30 in coins from his vehicle parked in a garage which was entered without permission; the garage door lock was found to have been damaged and there were pry marks on door. Two additional larcenies were reported at the same apartment building parking garage location during police investigation at scene and a third (attempted) larceny was reported to police personnel at 12:20 p.m.
