Crime Watch: iPhones and Cars Stolen from Local Lots

The following information was supplied by the Rockville Centre Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation, and does not indicate convictions.

Arrest:

On Nov. 5 at 5:34 p.m., Bianca Rosie Flores, 22, of East Rockaway, was arrested for second-degree robbery following a police investigation in Municipal Parking Field No. 1 regarding a reported theft that occurred at Hallmark, located at 278 Sunrise Highway in Rockville Centre.

On Nov. 10  at 3:45 a.m., Shara G. Johnson, 25, of Bellportm was arrested for second-degree bail jumping, false personation and unlicensed driver following a police investigation of a motor vehicle accident at 345 Sunrise Highway in Rockville Centre.

On Nov. 10 at 3:36 a.m., Rhamel D. Flippen, 27, of Bellport, was arrested for third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance following a police investigation of a motor vehicle accident at 345 Sunrise Highway in Rockville Centre.

Larceny:

On Nov. 1, a complainant from Flanders Drive in N. Woodmere reported that sometime between 7:15 a.m. and 11 a.m., unknown person(s) stole a briefcase and calculator from his motor vehicle that was parked at Bally’s, located at 60 Merrick Road in Rockville Centre.

On Nov. 1, a complainant from Princeton Road in Rockville Centre reported that unknown person(s) stole an Apple iPhone valued at $199.99 from his daughter’s locker at South Side Middle School sometime between 3 p.m. and 5:30 p.m.

On Nov. 4 at 9 a.m., a complainant from Maple Avenue in Rockville Centre reported that sometime between Nov. 3 at 4 p.m. and Nov. 4 at 7 a.m., unknown person(s) stole his 2010 Lexus motor vehicle that was parked in an underground garage.

On Nov. 4 at 11:55 p.m., a complainant from Martinsville, New Jersey reported that an unknown male stole her Apple iPhone valued at $600 from the bar at Chicken Itza, located at 212 Merrick Road in Rockville Centre.
