  • Dec. 8 - At 10:20 p.m., Lothar J. Franke-Keller, 23, of Rockaway Park, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana and operating a motor vehicle with a loud exhaust on Scranton Avenue.
  • Dec. 8 - At 10:40 p.m., Billy Zang, 30, of Lynbrook, was arrested and charged with resisting arrest (warrant) on Scranton Avenue.
  • Dec. 9 - At 7:55 p.m., Steven Ranucci, 25, of Lynbrook, was arrested and charged with criminal sale of a controlled substance, endangering the welfare of a child and unlawfully dealing with a child in front of 118 Broadway.
  • Dec. 11 - At 9:35 p.m., Nancy Matias, 24, of Ocoee FL, was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration at Broadway and Everett Street.
  • Dec. 12 - At 9:17 p.m., Paul Siano, 25, of Freeport, was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana (warrant) on Sunrise Highway.

Case Reports

  • Grand Larceny - On Dec. 11 at 8:55 p.m., the complainant reports that an unknown person removed a wheelchair from the front walkway of their home located on Putnam Avenue. The wheelchair is valued at $5,000.
  • Lost Property - On Dec. 12 at 9:45 p.m., the complainant reports that his NYS Trailer registration plate is missing from his trailer, which was parked in his driveway on Union Place.
