
OCEANSIDE, NY – A 47-year-old man died after his SUV crashed into a Nassau County Starbucks early Friday, police said.
According to Nassau Police, Michael Fearon, of Brentwood, was driving a 2005 Suzuki south on Long Beach Road in Oceanside when he crossed into the northbound lane at 2:15 a.m.
The SUV collided with curbs and shrubs and continued southbound until it struck a Starbucks located at 2755 Long Beach Road.

Upon arrival, officers found Fearon to be unresponsive and not breathing. He was transported by the Oceanside Fire Department to South Nassau Communities Hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
Fearon is believed to have suffered a "medical emergency" prior to the crash, according to the Oceanside Fire Department.
