Feb. 7: Open Mic Night, Crime Watch and Hoops League

It's Monday and you might be asking yourself, is it Friday yet? Since we have a full week left before the weekend, check out what's going in Rockville Centre today and get your fill of something other than work.

Vibe Lounge at 60 Park Ave. is hosting an open mic night tonight. Musicians can sign up for the Open Mic segment starting at 7 p.m. Admission is $8 for general public and $5 for musicians, both include a free drink ticket with admission! All ages can get in.

2. Are you an ex-athlete who wants to get back into sports? Or just want to get back into shape? A men's basketball league is hosted at in nearby Lynbrook from 8-9:30 p.m. Come down and take someone to the hoop!
