• Position: Network support technician
• Duties: Primarily responsible for back end web support of Molloy College's external and internal web environments. This includes, but is not limited to, troubleshooting problems that may come up with the college's daily web activities, restore of information from backup sites, product research and project management. Working closely with a variety of contributors, including the Director of Web Technologies and the Director of Network Operations, the network support technician will maintain all aspects of the technical and functional web products and services.
