March 2: Whiz Kids, Winter Player of the Year and Library Story Time

Wednesday is here, which means we're pretty much halfway through the work week. Get through today and the weekend is around the corner! With that in mind, here are five things you should know about today.

1. The  is hosting, "On My Own Story Time" from 9:30-10 a.m. This eight-week story time session is for 3-and 4-year-olds who are ready to start reading on their own.

2. The  girl's basketball team played Garden City in the semifinals of the Class A playoffs last night. Did they advance to the finals? Find out when the story posts at 10:30 a.m.
