March 4: House Hunt and RVC Soccer Club 40th Anniversary

Thank goodness it's Friday! The weekend is finally here, so as you plan out how you're spending your weekend, let us tell you what's happening in and around the village so that you can start your weekend off right.

1. The Rockville Centre Soccer Club is hosting its 40th Anniversary celebration tonight at the St. Agnes Parish Center at 7 p.m. Cocktails and a buffet will be served and entry costs $75 at the door. All proceeds go to benefit the Tighe Field Renovation Project. The field at Mill River was renamed Tighe Field in 2003 in honor of Steve Tighe, a former RVCSC  player, board member and coach who died on Sept. 11.
