4. If you're tired of looking in the mirror and hating the way you look, do something about it! Lynbrook Health and Fitness is hosting a group fitness class from 6:30-7:30 p.m. that focuses on aerobic conditioning and body sculpting through resistance training and the popular cardio dance program, "Zumba."
