Nassau Home Sales Drop Off First Time Year-To-Year Since 2015: Report
The Feb. 2023 median price in Nassau was $640,000.
LONG ISLAND, NY — Home sales have seen the first year-to-year decline in Nassau County in nearly eight years, that's according to data from OneKey MLS.
The median price last month was $640,000, a drop of 1.5% from Feb. 2022, Newsday reports.
However, data indicated the opposite effect in Suffolk County, where home sales saw 1.5% increase from the previous year, according to the OneKey MLS data.

Despite those figures, activity has uniformly decreased islandwide.
There were only 1,387 sales closed across Long Island last month, which was more than 35% off the pace from Feb. 2022, Newsday reported.
