PREVIEW: Monday's Village Briefing/Board Meeting

The Village Board meets tonight at 6 p.m. in for a briefing session, which will be followed by its general session at 8 p.m. Public comment is not allowed during the briefing session, but is encouraged during the 8 p.m. meeting. If there's a topic you want to speak on, now's the time.

• Approval — Parking Agreement with Molloy College for use of Field 12 for the period 1-15-12 through 5-14-12.
• Approval — Two Year Agreement with the Town of Hempstead Animal Shelter for the term January 2012 through December 2013.
• Approval — Resolution for Retirement System Time Reporting for elected public officers, appointed public officer and employees.
• Approval — Three Year Professional Services Contract with David R. Maltz & Co., Inc., for removal of Village surplus equipment.
• Approval — Resolution to publish a Legal Notice for a Public Hearing regarding the Community Development Block Grant Program on 2-13-12.
• Confirm — Work Order Changes to the 2011 Road Program with Road Work Ahead, in the amount of $65,092.
