Readers' Choice: Best Florist in RVC Announced

After one week of voting, Rockville Centre residents chose e as the best florist in the village. The North Village Avenue florist received an overwhelming 80 percent of the vote, with 75 of 94 votes in its favor.

Art Flower and Gift Shoppe sells a variety of roses, plants and gourmet baskets. Some of its best sellers are its Natural Wonders bouquet and Garden of Grace planter. It designs arrangements for all occasions including birthdays, graduations, sympathy and wedding packages. It is known for its roses, which it sells eight different bouquets of in several shades and tones. All items purchased in the store can also be bought through its Web site.
