RYE, NY — The Rye City Assessor has launched a new user-friendly online property search system that is expected to make life easier for homeowners,
The Rye City Assessor's Office has announced that PROS is now live.
PROS, or City of Rye Property Record Online System, is a program that provides access to all property assessment related information, including square footage, surveys, and exemption information. The "advanced property search" feature is a tool that can assist residents in filing grievance petitions by allowing them to easily search for sales of similar homes in Rye.

"Obtaining documents from the Assessor’s Office is now easier than ever. PROS is a multi-purpose program that services the needs of residents, brokers, appraisers, and many more," Jon Flynn, the City Assessor said. "This is a great product for the community because users will have access to the most current assessment records at any time."
