RYE BROOK, NY — A great deal on a new home in a desirable location could be in the cards for those who qualify and have a little bit of good luck on their side.

Westchester Residential Opportunities announced that there is a new chance for fair and affordable homeownership in Rye Brook and applications are now being accepted.

The Kingfield Rye Brook development has a 1,145-square-foot, two-bedroom, two-bathroom townhouse, located at 17 Gardenia Lane, available for resale. The "elegant and charming" home includes "an elegant kitchen with beautiful white satin cabinets and an intimate kitchen island." Also included are stainless steel appliances (microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator), hardwood floors throughout the first floor, carpeting on stairs and the second floor, a Samsung washer and dryer, a crawl space for storage, and a patio/back yard.

Amenities include a clubhouse, pool and gym. An additional membership fee may be required.
