RYE, NY — A great deal on a new home in a desirable location could be in the cards for those who qualify and have a little bit of good luck on their side.

Westchester Residential Opportunities announced that there is a new chance for fair and affordable homeownership in Rye and applications are now being accepted.

The Cottage Landings Luxury Townhouse condominiums were built in 2013. The 44D Cottage Street unit is currently up for resale.

The 1200-square-foot unit is a one-bedroom, with two full bathrooms and a den, which could be used as an office or small bedroom. The kitchen features a custom-built island, upgraded granite countertops/backsplash, stainless steel appliances, a new fridge, microwave, stove and Bosch dishwasher. The bathrooms have new mounted mirrors and shower enclosures. The living room has a picture window view and there are hardwood floors throughout the unit.
