RYE BROOK, NY — A great deal on a new home in a desirable location could be in the cards for those who qualify and have a little bit of good luck on their side.

Westchester Residential Opportunities announced that there is a new chance for fair and affordable homeownership in the Village of Rye Brook and applications are now being accepted.

Unit 5A at Bowridge Commons is currently up for resale.

The ground floor, one-bedroom, one-bathroom unit has customized closets, a full kitchen that opens up to the dining room and living room, an in-unit washer/dryer, a smart thermostat, security cameras around the unit, and an assigned parking spot right in front.

The net sale price of the one-bedroom unit is estimated to be $198,160. Estimated monthly real estate taxes will be $357, while estimated monthly common charges will be $339. There is a maximum occupancy requirement of 3 people for this unit. It must be the applicants' primary residence if purchased.
