Two people were assaulted and another was shot Tuesday at a party, according to police.

The home had major structural damage and was deemed unsafe, police said.

The rare black Australian swans rescued by neighbors on Long Island will live the rest of their lives peacefully at a North Carolina sanctuary.

Police say the temple was broken into, and graffiti with racial slurs and religious words was found all over the building.

"Monsters come in all disguises," Francine Iacona told Patch in accusing former pediatrician Stuart Copperman.
