Silent Book Clubs Sayville Meet-up

The first Silent Book Club Sayville chapter meet-up of 2026 will take place on January 8th at 7pm at Tiny Raccoon Books, 277 Railroad Avenue.

Have you committed to reading more books in 2026? Here is a great opportunity to do so!

Silent Book Club is a community of readers worldwide. With traditional book clubs, you might not like the chosen book or finish it on time. You might not love the conversation that’s involved with a conventional book club. Silent Book Clubs have no assigned reading and no need to discuss the book!

Show up, socialize, shop, spend some time reading, and then socialize some more or keep reading. It’s up to you. Everyone is welcome, and anyone can join. Bring your own book, audio book (with headphones) or buy one! It's your call!

7-7:15pm Hang out, socialize, shop
7:15- 8:15pm Silent reading
8:15-830pm Hang out, socialize, shop

Parking:
1- We have a small lot behind the store accessible from Hiddink Street. Our back door is open.
2- The LIRR lot is one block away- right next to the Gas station across the street on Depot Street. There are over 100 spots
3- There is limited short-term street parking on Railroad Avenue
