Give A Sole, Help A Soul: Sayville Rotary Club Wants Your Old Shoes

The Sayville Rotary Club is working to connect unwanted shoes with families impacted by floods, fires and economic hardship.

SAYVILLE, NY — Long Islanders with kind souls can put their soles to good use by donating used shoes to the Sayville Rotary Club's shoe drive.

Organized in conjunction with the Northport and East Northport rotary clubs, the shoe drive will donate footwear to Soles4Souls, a non-profit organization that connects those in need around the United States and the rest of the world with essentials like shoes and clothing.

Shoes may be dropped off in a plastic bag on the porch of 767 Sylvan Ave. in Bayport until March 27.
