Man Punches Employee, Robs Suffolk Gas Station: Police

WEST SAYVILLE, NY — A man who robbed a West Sayville gas station and injured an employee is currently sought out after by Suffolk County Police.

On April 24 at about 11 p.m., a man punched a male employee at the Valero gas station, located at 255 Montauk Highway, and stole the cash register 11 p.m. He ran north on Washington Avenue towards a vehicle that was running, police said.

The employee did not require medical attention, police said.
