Sylvan Students Stay Fit with Winter Workshop

Sylvan Avenue Elementary School students had the chance to learn about fun and interactive ways to stay active this winter through their participation in a program called Kerboomkidz, according to a school news release.

Throughout the multi-day workshop, founder and instructor Kershel Anthony taught the students a high-paced dance fitness routine, the release states.

The energetic and challenging group exercise program kept the students moving from start to finish and left them excited about a new fitness alternative, according to the release.
