MASTIC BEACH, NY — The Mastic Beach Property Owner's Association is hosting a Halloween party Nov. 1.There will be snacks, games, a costume contest, and Jester Jim balloon twister will be making a special appearance.The free event will run from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m.It is sponsored in conjunction with Brookhaven Town Councilwoman Karen Dunne Kesnig and Suffolk County Legislator Jim Mazzarella.
