The Town of Brookhaven Holiday Light Spectacular Holtsville Ecology Site and Animal Preserve kicks off Saturday, Dec. 3, from 5 to 9 p.m. The event features an indoor walk-through holiday festive display with lots of photo opportunities for those who want to enjoy the season's magic!   2. Wendie Der is a social worker at the William Floyd School District who has been recently paired up with a guide dog from the Canine Companions in Medford. Her new companion is Onyx VI, which will accompany her to school and be a helper at home.
