Gunshots Ring Out In Mastic Beach Neighborhood: Police
Residents are asked to review their surveillance video for vehicles driven in the area before and after the shooting, Suffolk police say.
MASTIC BEACH, NY — Several gunshots were fired in Mastic Beach early Thursday morning, Suffolk police said.
It happened at the intersection of Oceanview and Shore drives at around 12:30 a.m., and a vehicle was seen leaving westbound on Shore Drive, according to the department's post on social media. Residents were asked to review surveillance video just prior to and after for any vehicle driven in the surrounding area.
