Long Island Man Charged In Connection With NYC Subway Track Push: NYPD

NEW YORK, NY — A Mastic Beach man was arrested Thursday in connection with pushing a man onto the subway tracks near the Long Island Rail Road's Jamaica station last week, a New York Police Department spokesperson said.
Joshua Massaro, 30, was charged with assault at the 107th Precinct in Fresh Meadows on Thursday morning, according to police.
The 39-year-old man was pushed onto the southbound tracks of the E train at the Sutphin Boulevard and Archer Avenue subway stop, at around 4:40 a.m. on May 22, and he was taken to Jamaica Hospital in stable condition, police said.
