1. Mastic Park Civic Association will host its monthly meeting on Feb. 16 at Mastic Fire Department. Legislator Mazarella will join the event to discuss the Sewer Project. Attendees will be able to ask questions. (Patch Events)

• "A robber wielding a knife and a hammer attacked a woman in her Coram driveway and then sped away in her SUV early Sunday morning, only to be caught later in Manhattan with the help of the NYPD, Suffolk police said." (Patch)
