1. Police are searching for two people caught on camera stealing a dog from the front yard of a home. The incident happened Friday afternoon on Hamilton Avenue in Riverhead. Anyone with information is asked to call 631-727-3333. (News12)
   
2. A man was charged with BWI after crashing a boat in Point O' Woods in Fire Island. Edward Beekman was operating his boat after consuming alcoholic beverages around 3:13 a.m. Beekman was transported to a local hospital after the crash. No serious injuries were reported. (News12)
3. Battle of the Books is set for Tuesday, July 5, at the Mastic Recreation Center. The program is for teenagers who love reading and trivia. The fun starts at 3:30 p.m. (MMSC Library)
