- William Floyd High School's prom night celebration was hosted at Villa Lombardi’s in Patchogue on June 10. About 500 students enjoyed the “A Night at Mount Olympus” themed party. Take a look at some photos of the event here. (Tri Hamlet News)
- Grace Care Ministries will host a food drive on Saturday, July 2, at 2:30 p.m. Free meals and pizza will be handed out at the Veterans of Foreign Wars at 32 Edwards St. in Patchogue. (Patch)
- Meet Mastic Beach professional boxer Joe Smith Jr., who is part of the William Floyd High School Hall of Fame. Smith was born and raised in our community, has a history of significant accomplishments, and has a promising career ongoing. (Tri Hamlet News)
